The Neapolitan is a five-story luxury low-rise located at 650 2nd Street with beautifully landscaped interior courtyard, two elevators, parking, and a health club with a swimming pool (Skyclub) across the street.  The Neapolitan is conveniently located one block away from the 2nd Street Light Rail station, a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the Hoboken PATH station, and minutes away from the entrance to the Holland Tunnel.  The Neapolitan is conveniently located to all forms of transportation both for New York City and New Jersey including Newark International Airport.

Location & Directions
The Neapolitan is located on the corner of 2nd Street and Harrison Street.  Deeded residential parking is available, with owners sometimes offering spaces for rent to building occupants. In addition to ample street parking, there is hourly and monthly parking available across the street at the public garage on 2nd Street between Harrison and Marshall Streets.

Via Holland Tunnel: After exiting tunnel, make a right on Jersey Avenue. Proceed under the train bridge and make a left turn after the bridge onto Jackson Street.  Make a left on 2nd Street and the Neapolitan will be right there on your right.

Via the New Jersey Turnpike: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14C and follow signs to the Holland Tunnel. When the turnpike ends, at the first traffic light, make a left onto Jersey Avenue towards Hoboken, which becomes Newark Street (there might be construction detours, in which case follow orange signs for Hoboken). Make 1st left onto Jackson Street, then make a left on 2nd Street and the Neapolitan will be right there on your right.
